After 35+ years working on sites in many different minerals processing plants in many different countries for many different organisations, it is truly astonishing to me to repeatedly witness the speed at which improved operating tactics are defined and subsequent significant value unlocked, with the use of modern digital methodologies at Interlate, even at those operations already considered the most efficient.

Now towards the back end of my career I reflect on the what if? Can you imagine what we could have achieved if we had these methods back then? This perspective from old to new, makes me just want to be a part of this, it’s a game changer
